Affirming Heart Victim Services is dedicated to providing fact finding interviews for children and adolescents when there is suspected abuse, neglect, or if they witness a crime.

Our interviewers use research based methods that are forensically defensible for law enforcement and CYFD. The CAC also offers advocacy services, counseling services, child and adult prevention & awareness programs, and sexual assault & domestic violence examinations.

The CAC is a part of the Eddy Co. and Lea Co. Child Abuse Multidisciplinary Teams that are composed of representatives from the District Attorney's Office, local and state Law Enforcement agencies, CYFD, Child Forensic Interviewers, Medical personnel, Mental Health professionals, and Victim Advocates.
